Need help ASAP! Fajitas in a crock pot

Ask:
Has anyone ever made fajitas in a crock pot? If so, how did you do it?

I know that this should probably be in the crock pot recipe section, feel free to move it if you want. I am posting it here because I am making it tomorrow and would need to get it started in the morning before I leave.

TIA

I've just put chicken breasts in the crock pot with a jar of salsa and cooked them all day, then shredded the chicken. I serve the meat with bowls of cheese, sour cream, and other things on the side so everyone can do their own. HTH
