I've been on it for a long time. It's basically similar to My Points, but the payout takes a LOT longer. You click on emails that send you to ads. I've belonged for over a year, maybe 2, and have yet to earn anything, despite getting emails daily. I also think it's another source of spam. And the ads? Nothing that I don't see everywhere else.
I don't do the games and shopping, but I've clicked on 215 emails and my earnings are only $16.49. So, not really worth the time. As you mentioned, the payout has to be min. $30 so it'll be at least another year before that's reached.

i have belonged to inbox for atleast a year and i have recieved 2 checks. i do the survey's and you get a $1 aday from doing them. i really like it i havent gotten much lately because i keep forgetting to do the survey's. but if you do the survey's it adds up pretty quickly
