Ask:
I have finally finished it! This list is a compelation of the survey companies that I have used. Feel free to use it and pass it around as you see fit. I have tried to include brief descriptions of what you get - also, I have been forthcoming for those from which I receive a referral. Oh, and I have also included some mystery shopping companies for whom I occassionally shop.
Have fun!
Surveys
NFO Survey group -
this one gives you points (10 – hundreds) for each survey you complete. Beginning with 1000 points (which is not that difficult to achieve) you can cash out your points for cash or stuff. I’ve been with this one for a couple of years now, and really like them. They will also send you surveys in the mail sometimes with a couple of bucks in them… I get referral points if you sign up with this URL (above)
E-Poll –
I’ve been doing this one for several months. I don’t get many surveys, but I have gotten a Will and Grace DVD to watch and got 1000 points for it. Another survey I did this morning just gave me 500 points. You need 2500 points to start getting rewards… You can donate to charity or get gift cards. I do get a referral for this one.
Mypoints.com – this one isn’t a survey company – you get points for reading advertisements. You don’t have to buy anything. You can redeem your points for gift cards (my fav is target gift cards). I would get points for referrals, but I can’t remember my password and they haven’t sent it to me yet – so, if you want me to get the referral points, then PM me with your email addy and I’ll send you a separate referral.
Opinion Rewards – .
Again, I’ve been doing this one for several months now, and have already gotten a couple of target gift cards (yes, I have a target addiction!) with my points. Points on this one also accumulate fairly fast. I get referral points but can’t figure out how to get the referral URL working.
SurveySavvy: .
This one pays cash for survey’s taken. I have been paid as little as $3 and as much as $100 for a survey. Survey’s don’t come all that often, but they are normally worth the time (5-10 minutes). I believe that I get a referral if you join via the link that I have provided.
Mindfield Online -
This one also pays cash for surveys. You don’t get much; I think the most that I have gotten is $5.00. But I have also been able to test a new bath and body works shampoo and conditioner, among other things. I do get a referral is you use the above link and the following invitation code: JR3D9FS3AQ
Zoom Panel -
Zoom panel is another survey company where you accumulate points for surveys completed and can redeem them for gift cards. Since I am a target addict, I always go for the Target gift cards. However, there are several gift cards, as well as “stuff” from which to choose. I like this survey company because they tend to send out lots of surveys and are fairly generous with their points, so you accumulate rewards fairly quickly. I do not receive a referral for this site.
Greenfield Online –
This survey company pays cash as well as provides entries into sweepstakes (depending on the survey). This company sends out lots of surveys. I do get a referral (entry into a sweepstakes for each referral) if you sign up using this link.
Click IQ -
I have been with Click IQ for a few years now. I must be honest. They don’t do a lot of surveys, and it’s slow to accumulate points. You need 2500 points to get a $25.00 check. I average about one check a year. However, the surveys are easy and quick to complete. I think I receive a referral if you sign up through this link, but am not sure.
Global Test Market -
This company sends me LOTS of survey requests – most I don’t qualify for, but they still give you a few points. You accumulate points for cash, and you can accumulate points quite quickly. I don’t know if I get a referral or not from this site. I don’t think so.
Mystery Shopping:
Harris Teeter Mystery Shop – this is for Harris Teeter grocery stores only. I do about 1-2 shops per month. It’s pretty neat. They pay anywhere from $10 - $14/shop, and it takes a total (including completing the report) of about an hour or so. Sometimes they will reimburse you for a portion of your groceries (normally no more than $5) if you have to buy something. They are reliable and pay quickly. I don’t get any referral for you signing up for this one.
National Shopper Service - . I’ve only been doing this one for about a month. This is the one where I can get Papa John’s pizza’s for free (after reimbursement). I’ve done two at Sam Goody (got paid about $7 each for those) and have one today for a jewelry store (getting $12 for that one). They pay slowly. I did two shops in July and won’t get paid until the end of August. They don’t pay great, but every little bit helps! Again, I don’t get any referral for you signing up for this one.
Nationwide Services Group – . I have not done any shops for them yet. They normally have shops for restaurants that require you to be between 21 -27 and do bar compliance (I am 39, and don’t have any 21-27 year old friends). They also have non-bar compliance restaurants, but I haven’t had time to do any of them.
BMA Mystery Shopping: I have done a few shops for them. They are fairly simple shops, and tend to pay okay.
Sassie Shop Pro Review: I have done several bank shops in my area. They pay well, and are easy shops. I don’t know what is available in your area, but there are a variety of types of mystery shopping opportunities available.
Sassie Shop KERN: I have only done a few shops for KERN (note that the URLs for this and ProReview are very similar, but they take you to different scheduling companies and you have to sign up with each company individually), but they do national restaurant chains, gas stations, etc… I see lots of shops, I just haven’t met the criteria yet or had the shops available in my area yet.
