I have not done either...yet. We have always lived in apartments so there is never anywhere to plant. Now we are in a house and I have started clearing them out.

I ususally only do flowers. I love lots of flowers around my house, makes it look so seasonal, colorful, festive, homey, and cute! This year we WILL be doing some veggies though. I have an area marked off and my girls are excited to get started. They ask me EVERYDAY if we can start! Not likely, since its only gonna be in the 40s all week long. Where is my spring???

We do both and I love it. I spent the last weekdn of March getting the veggie garden all ready and now it's been in the 30's at night and 40's during the day. I want Spring too!!!
