This is one recipe my family loves!!!! And it is so easy!!!


2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup peanut oil

Put hot shredded chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Cover with chopped green onions.
Mix Sesame oil, soy sauce and salt.
Pour over chicken and onions.
Mix.
Then heat peanut oil to smoking and pour over chicken and onions.
Mix and serve over rice.

This stuff packs a SUPERB flavor ........I am all over this recipe after I'm done firing down Ham and the days of leftovers that accompany it

If you are unsure about weather you like sesame oil.....trust my if you like asian food you like sesame oil.......

reminds you almost of a liquid smoke only with big asian FLAIR(but not too heavy)this stuff is heavenly.....................

I love sesame oil too. I use it sometimes to sautee spinach and put a little soy sauce on top. YUM!
