I posted an "Assignment for YOU" thread with a fairly simple project for Easter.
It became an assignment for ME. However, I am going to give you all the benefit of the doubt and assume that Easter week is a very busy week.
But you know what happens when you assume....therefore, here is a poll.
Would any of you participate if I made this a weekly challenge?? or am I going down a path that will lead me nowhere??
Please let me know your thoughts, before I post another "Asignment for YOU".

I posted that YES! I would be interested in participating ~ however ~ I don't know about everytime. There are some things that I enjoy making, have the supplies to make, and/or the time & money to go get supplies to make. This week the extra money (small as it may have been) and the time (and transportation ) played a factor. Also ~ if it's something that just doesn't appeal to me then I may not participate either. Ya know?
Also for me - sometimes more than a week is nice. As someone mentioned we had no TP rolls, or craft foam (though we could have used construction paper ). For me, it's 8-10 miles to the closest store, so sometimes if I don't have it on hand (or a substitute) I don't make the extra trip out to get it.
Does this make sense? I hope that everyone else just got busy too ~ I think that this is an awesome idea. Hopefully the kinks will be able to be worked out and this will really take off.

She could have written my reply!!! This past week was very hectic! However, I would love to do this in the future. An idea for you, too....what about a challenge that we can do with our kids for each week/twice a month/etc. over the summer???

however there will be plentyof times wehre I cannot do them for money or time issues!!
but even if I couldnt do them then I could go back and have other ideas later!!

I think that this is a great idea! And again like everyone said whether we have the time, money and supplies to do it will depend on whether it gets done or not.
I also want to note that just because it is the assignment of the week I would say that if you are interested in the project and the week is over feel free to make it and post it anyway!

I voted that I don't have time - I don't, but do pop in to view everyones ideas/work regularly and would love to try these sort of craft assignment on occasion. Love the idea of things to do witht he kids!!!
I would do better with more than a week to do the challenge and would give my best attempt
