Baby with "unique habits"??

Ask:
I will call them unique, because I don't want to use the words strange or wierd.

My 10 month old has two "new" habits. One, she crawls around with a sock hanging out of her mouth. And it is just too funny to tell her to stop, not that she would listen anyway. Now this is the sock that she has taken off her own foot. She is teething and she has always preferred cloth items/teethers to rubber/plastic ones.

Two, she loves her board books, and recently has started putting a book under her hand or hands, and "slides" around instead of crawls. She is just too much sometimes.

What are your babies unique habits?? Please share.
Answer:

1) DD does the same thing when she crawls. Whether it's a toy, book, or piece of paper, she will push it around the living room.

2) I think the sock thing is cute. I would probably let DD do it since it's just a sock.

3) DD will shake her legs (imagine a mermaid) if you pick her up and hold her in front of you and make a grunting sound.

4) She throws things. She will pick up a blanket sitting net to her and try to throw it to her other side...again grunting while she does this, like she's trying to put a little "umph" into it.
Answer:

How sweet! My granddd did this with the sock--it fact she is just obsessed with socks and taking them off of people and putting them in her mouth or draping them around her neck--even Poppys stinky ones!
