I was wondering if anyone had read this or owns a copy? I helped my parents garden when I was in Jr. High, but that was the last time I was successful at growing anything (pretty much, anyway). I was thinking of getting this book, but was wondering if it was worth it or if there might be a better book to buy? I would like to know how to garden, but am most interested in organic gardening.

I think that any of the "Dummies" books are great! I have not read this book - but have read through Vegetable Gardening for Dummies. I found that book to be VERY helpful and a very easy read. I have been searching for a copy ever since (I don't think they print it anymore - and I am too cheap to pay $25 for a used book ).
This one may be of more help for you though...
