Ma Po Tofu Recipe?

Does anyone know how to make Ma Po Tofu? We had this at PF Chang's and it was sooo good. Their menu says "Sichuan's famous dish of crispy silken tofu, in a spicy vegetarian sauce with steamed broccoli". I have no idea how to get the tofu to this texture and I also don't know what type of sauce they use? I made one attempt with firm tofu and I fried it, but it didn't come close? Does anyone know how they do this? Thank you!
