baked an angel food cake into cupcakes? I want to make a pineapple angel food cake today and thought it'd be neat to have them as mini's in my muffin pan. Am I completely crazy? Think it'd work??

I don't know if it'd work or not, but that's a cute idea. I'm assuming that it will as long as you do the same prep for the large pan (such as not greasing the pan and such). Let us know how it turns out!

YAY! It can be done. I did some with and some without papers and the ones with can out of the pan better. Don't know about out of the papers yet. They took 20 minutes if anyone wants to try, too.
