Ask:
DH and I have been talking lately about a third child. We won't have it for at least another year to a year-and-a-half, but want to start talking about everything now. I would love to know (maybe this was a thread on the old board??) what some of the major diferences are between two and three kiddos. I know that it's ultimately our decision, and that we have to weigh our individual lifestyle, finances, etc. into the picture, I'm just curious about different situations. I look forward to any info you feel like sharing...and be honest. TIA
Answer:
My Dh and I have 3 girls. I think so many factors go into this question, it's hard to answer! Ours are so close in age (20months, 3, and 5) that we haven't hit the "easy" yet. Three has been a whole lot harder than 2. But also MUCH more fun! With 2, you can handle it. There are 2 of you, two kids. With 3, it's just wild!
Financially, things seem about the same. Not that much difference.
The more the merrier, now we are talking about a fourth!
Answer:
Three wasn't that much different for me. We are still out and about almost every day. Mine are pretty young, my oldest is almost 4, the middle is almost 2 and my baby is 5 months. It just works but you need to have sense of humor! I agree with the previous poster who said it was much more fun. It totally is but I can't pinpoint why.
Answer:
I have 3 also 10, 3, and 22months the babies are 17 months apart in age and thats the tough part 2 is easier than three for the simple fact of 2 parents 2 kids lol. 3 is definately a challenge if you are organized it will be a cinch other than that just be pre pared for your day to be non stop and lots of messes lolI clean and by the time I am done 1 room and start the next I have to hit the 1st room all over again I have learned only clean when they are asleep or not home. I love my three and wouldnt change it for the world other than some peace every once in a while lol:D
