I don't really have a "recipe" but....I use orange juice, a banana or two (frozen, usually) and some frozen strawberries. If it needs sweetening I use a little honey.

Mushed up banana makes me gag, so smoothies in my house are always banana-free.
I use:
Plain low fat yoghurt
Orange juice (or any other fruit juice on hand - grape / apple etc)
Frozen peaches
Frozen strawberries or raspberries or blackberries or cherries (or a mix of all!)
A little honey for sweetness
Lemon sorbet, also used peach or raspberry sorbet
Everything is eyeballed, I don't have exact measurements. The frozen fruit is a great way to add a chill to the smoothie without using ice, which waters things down in my opinion.
