I have the best luck with putting Italian dsg over my salmon. I put the dsg on then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. The thing with salmon or most fish is not to overcook it.

I have a Salmon recipe that everyone who tried, liked it. The problem is that I never measure anything, so I wouldn't be able to say take "this much" or "that much". If you still want it, I'd be happy to post it.
