I asked awhile back about my plants that had sprouted then got snowed on. Well, they are not dead!!! They have bloomed and are red tulips!!! The actual plant still looks pretty rough, but they have lots of flowers on them!!!!

some plants are ok...crocus and tulips(mine at least anyway)have luckily never been affected by snow.

I missed your original post, but snow falling on spring plants isn't so bad. It is an insulator and actually protects the plants when it is cold. It is when you get that spring cold snap like we did without the snow that gets worrysome. Although my plants are on the comeback, none of them look to bloom this year. Oh well there is always next year.
