Ask:
Ok question for all you out there......what do you guys do for extra cash? I am looking into doing something from home to earn me a little bit of extra cash, I already started doing an at home business, but so far have not had any success, so if anyone has any other ideas of things they do to earn some money please let me know......
Answer:
I have a few vending machines at my husband's office. It's a construction company so they have people coming in all day and buying drinks and snacks. I won't retire from it but it gives me 'walking around' money. The initial investment was a lot though.
Answer:
1. sell on Ebay
2. if you are good at sales try Tupperware, Avon, Tastefully Simple, Silpada, etc
3. garage sales. I know someone who goes to Goodwill on quarter day and buys what can easily be resold. She then has repeated garage sales throughout the summer. Acouple years ago they were able to pay for a new roof by profits from the garage sales.
Answer:
Babysitting, maybe afterschool so your free to run errands during the day.
Answer:
eBay & home business. The home business is definately a learning experience, but once you get it figured out and stick with it for at least a year it can be very successful. I tried all the Tupperware, Tastefully Simple, Stampin' Up; and that didn't work for me. By the time you figure how many hours you put in to a show and your supplies, your pay-off is not very high; and they ding you at tax time.
I would say eBay is your best bet, even that is a learning experience. You really have to build your feedback and look professional. My items always sell higher than other sellers who sell identical items because I pay more attention to small details. I could give you some ebay ideas privately that don't require a start up cost (I don't want to post products/companies publicly)

Answer:
I currently do part time daycare for one family which has been nice. I also started to sell on ebay as well.
I also do direct sales and right now the company I sell with has a start for free program which makes it nice to try it out as there really isn't anything to lose.
Like ebay, there is always craigslist too.
Answer:
I work in direct sales.. You can make great money working a few days a week.. If I knew how much $$ could be made, I would have been selling years ago!!
