Do you put your kids ...

Ask:
Laundry away? I have 3 older kids I put there clean laundry on there beds for them to put away and sometimes I put ds 3 away and sometimes I let him do it... Should I put theres away? I mean it would only take like a min. more total... Just wondering what you do?

I do put dh away all the time unless he sees me doing it then he will or if his pile is done and I am still folding, he'll do it.
Answer:

I put the boys' laundry away. I make Cailint (10) fold & put her own stuff away. DH helps if he sees me folding, but other than that, it's all me.
Answer:

I put the boys away (ages 9, 8, 7 & 3) I probably should put dd (13) away also since it usually ends up on the floor and back in the laundry!!!
Answer:

I typically put all the laundry away...sometimes I might leave a pile on a child's desk in their room and tell them to put it away (and they do).
Answer:

I have the older kids do theirs, and I make dh do his, too!! I pile it on his dresser (sometimes the pile is taller than ME!). I figure I do almost ALL of the housework. He can put away his clean, folded clothes himself!
Answer:

I started putting theirs on the bed and them putting it away--My dd ends up stashing hers behind the bed or in floor and even just sleeping on top of it -shes 15, then dsd 6 just wads hers up or crams 4 things on those tiny hangers and Daddy thinks shes just precious to do it! The you can't find their clothes and they are all wrinkled for school.
Answer:

I must be the big meanie....my kids 12 and almost 15, do their own laundry. Wash, dry, fold and put away. Now if I need some clothes to make a full load....I will get theirs and do it...but other then that...they are on their own!!

I have seriously been considering this but I am wondering how well they would take care of their stuff actually my ds 16 would be great but he is so busy, with church, honors classes and baseball, I would almost feel guilty.. but dd 14 has way to much time on her hands and could do hers but I forsee all her stuff ruined instead of taken care of. My ds 11 could do his but I am pretty sure he would ruin everything. For now I think I will just stick to putting it on their beds
Answer:

No, they put their own clothes away.

I sometimes have my four year old help me put his laundry away (I end up helping him sometimes), but my two year olds I'll put away. I just recently started having my hubby put his own away, I stack it on his side of the bed.
