Go Diego Go

Ask:
Has anyone taken their child to see this? They are coming to Charlotte in June and I buckled and bought us three tickets to go see them. I am completely embarrassed (not to mention a little horrified! ) at how much I spent, but DD loves Diego and I thought it would be a fun family day. She will be 3-1/2 when we go and I wonder if it will be too much for her or if it is something she will really like. I will say, the commercials for the show look really, really cheesey but I'm 36 years old. When Riley sees the commercials, she about loses her freakin mind with excitement. I just hate the thought of getting there and her being scared and wanting to leave.
Answer:

we have taken our girls to see Dora Live and they Loved it!! youngest dd was 3 or 4 at the time and Oldest was 5 I think!! They had soo much fun!!! Im assuming that Diego is similar!!
Answer:

DD pointed out the commercial( a few days ago) that it will be in Charlotte and told me I should take DS....I forgot all about it until just now...hmmm...guess i'm going to go check and see if tix are left and at what $$ !!
Answer:

When I was looking they were about $28-$40 per ticket. That is why I am a little concerned that we might get there, have DD freak out and have to leave five minutes into the show.

Of course I guess DH could take DD outside and I could stay for the show.
Answer:

It will be here in Nashville next week. We're taking DS on Saturday. The ticket prices were outrageous but I figure this is something special that we don't do all the time.
Answer:

Diego came on the news today after Kim! I guess I missed that boat he is here in Cleveland this weekend.
Answer:

Kat *loves* Diego. If she would sit still long enough I would take her to a show. The ticket prices sound similar to circus tickets.

A fews weeks ago Kat started climbing on stuff and then yelling "Mommy, mommy! Help! Help! Ayúdeme! Ayúdeme!!!" Ha! Too cute.
Answer:

Ahhhh, the cries of Ayúdeme! Ayúdeme!!! Riley will shout that when she gets to the top of the slide at our local playground. We were there several weeks ago when the landscaping crew was there touching everything up and making it look so nice. I am guessing the crew was mostly mexican or hispanic because as soon as my drama queen got to the top and started shouting, Ayúdeme! Ayúdeme, they all stopped to look and just got hysterical. Gotta love Dora and Diego.
