Question: Hamburger gravy?

Ask:
Would anyone mind sharing their recipe for Hamburger gravy? I saw that Ryansmom and mommy2mercedes both make it. It sounds so good and like something my DH would love. Thanks ladies!
Answer:

Hamburger Gravy-

1 pound of groud beef(I use ground turkey)
1 small can of cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion diced up
1 small can of mushrooms & liquid from mushrooms
salt & pepper
Curry powder 1-2 tsp.(I use 2 tsp of beef boulion powder)

brown burger and onion.Drain & add in the rest of the ingredients.Let simmer for 15 minutes.I add in a little milk to thin it out to how thin I want it(Not to thin though).

Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.We like it over mashed potatoes best.
Answer:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion minced
1/4 c flour
1 cube beef bouillon
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/4 c milk
1Tbs worcestershire sauce

Brown beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper, garlic and onion powders.

Cook about 5 minutes(til flour is absorbed).

Gradually stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Bring all to a slow boil, stir constantly, til thick.

We like ours w/mashed potatoes and green beans!!!

Answer:

when I was younger my grandmother would make this all the time. Though it was just browned ground beef with flour milk salt and pepper. She had it over buttermilk biscuits. My dh doesn't like soggy bread so he wouldn't like it. But the recipes on here look really good and flavorfull.
Answer:

We have this over egg noodles and I add a can of rinced sliced mushrooms.

Great for the kids, easy to eat and full of protein.
