When I turned on my computer this morning, all of my profile settings were gone! This includes my Outlook files (all saved e-mails have disappeared). When I opened Outlook it was is it were a brand new program that needed to be set up. I am using Windows XP, Outlook 2002. Can anyone help me?

Sounds like your registry is messed up. Have you tried registry repair? Did a new program download? Have you tried uninstalling it?

DH says to make sure you aren't signed in as a different user.
I guess maybe go to the start menu, go to Log Out and try that. Good luck!

I still don't know what happened, but I got it fixed. I had to do a system restore. I should have bought a mac! Thanks!
