HELP! I need a tried and true laundry degreaser

Ask:
Anyone have a best practice for removing greasy stains from laundry? I'm talking about the residue that is left from stains like pizza, where the actual food stuff is gone, but there is still grease left behind. Any ideas? TIA!
Answer:

I like Blue Dawn Dishsoap...it works really well for me. I use it even on greasy stains that have gone through the dryer.
Answer:

I was thinking that might work.....I just thought maybe there was something I wasn't thinking of with how it might affect the fabric.....
Answer:

I do the same. for years I would toss clothes in the rags bin b/c I dripped butter on my clothes. I'm a spiller. then one day I thought to use dawn on my NEW FAV shirt after it went through the dryer with stain left on. It came out. now I keep a small bottle with my laundry. when I wash dh's garage clothes I add a capfull amount to the laundry along with reg detergent. It has helped tremendously. let us know how it works for u.
