My dh has an unexpected business trip later this month to Atlanta that just came up today! I want to go so badly! School is out, but I promised my friend with the daycare problem that I would watch her two children those four teacher workdays after school is out. My dh is going to be gone to Atlanta the last three of them (Monday - Wednesday)! Darn it!! It would have meant free hotel for us and I could have hung out with my cousins and maybe even talked some of you into meeting me (southern bell mommy?).
Now, I don't even get reprieve at night! It is going to be a hard four days, but I can't back out on my friend. It is too important to her and totally understand that. Now I have to figure out what to do on Tuesday night for my part time job, too!
I am just disappointed. Oh, well, maybe there will be another one!
