Ok I am moving on Thursday, the movers will be here around 8 am. Well for the past couple weeks I have been talking about leaving the kids with my family for the weekend. So I can go down to the new place and get it all set up with no kids under foot. Well now that we are 2 days away everything is falling apart. I had planned on leaving friday afternon to drive down and get a the final details taken care of. I have new furniture being delivered on saturday plus the washer and dryer coming so its not like I cant be there. Well due to some unforseen complications it now looks like I have to take all the kids down with me and all the immediate stuff I am gonna need cause the stuff the movers are taking wont be here until some time next week. UGGGHHH now i have to figure out how I am gonna get all this done. It wouldnt be such a big deal but with no help and doing this all on my own makes it kind of hard. I am fully capable of taking care of the kids and dealing with everything but I wont be in the right frame of mind to deal with the kids. I guess I am feeling more like I just have to much on my plate but women everywhere everyday deal with this type of thing so I know I can do it. I just have to re arrange how I was gonna do things and just keep one foot in front of the other and just go with the flow.

Sorry things are falling apart!! Maybe you'll have some nice new neighbors that will come by and offer some help!! I know you'll get thru it!! I'd be hiding some wine for the end of the night for myself!!

I am sorry, I can imagine how stressed you are feeling right now. Can you ask someone else to take the kids for you? hugs to you good luck I know you can do it!

If you can't get someone to keep your kids, do you have a family member or friend who could go with you to keep an eye on the kids for you??? It does sound stressful.

I have hit up all my available friends with no luck. So I m just gonna hold my head high and just do what I have to do. I told my hubby if I can make it thru this than there is nothing I cant acomplish and that I deserve a lot of kudos and a big present lol. He said isnt a brand new place brand new furniture enough lol. I said yes but thats for everyone lol whats my special gift lool. So I will stay in good spirits and enjoy it all and in 5 years look back and go wow I was a lot stronger and able bodied than I thought I was. Just no mothers day for me but I will get over it
