Jennifer, this is not meant to freak you out.....but you need to act on this and not wait around. DO NOT MESS with chest pains or anything of that nature. Don't excuse it either. Take action and go and see a doc...whether it be ER or the doc's office. They will not turn you away. It may be nothing (and I pray that it isn't) but it may be something...and if it's something, sooner si better than later
BTW: it also sounds like anxiety....that is how I felt before I passed out. Again, not meant to scare you...but to give you an idea of OTHER things that it could be aside from what you might be thinking first thing!!!
