How much do you pay for milk?

Ask:
I was wondering the prices out there.I have noticed my cheaper spots where I used to get it...actually still do when I have to...has gone up to 2.50 a gallon.I know most grocery stores are at 2.60+.Also,has it affected how much you buy?I used to buy 5-6 gallon a week now I MIGHT buy 3.I love my milk but I guess I need to find other ways to get my calcium so the kids get theirs.
Answer:

Milk here is regularly 3.19 to 3.79 per gallon depending on kind (store brand vs. name brand, whole vs. skim). Some weeks I can get it for $2/gallon on sale. We are all huge milk drinkers, and it is not unusual for our family of six to go through 10 gallons of milk a week. This is the biggest part of my grocery budget - as you can imagine!
Answer:

Milk here runs anywhere between $2.69 and $3.79. I go thru 2 to 3 gallons a week that I cut with nonfat dry milk. In the Summer though, we go thru less because when it's hot, milk is just not refreshing like water. That's when the kids only drink it at meal times and we go thru about 1/2 that.
Answer:

4.00 a gallon at walmart...
