Need Help for Leftover Ham

Ask:
I need some recipe for a left over ham. I bought a spiral ham about four days ago and still sitting in the fridge. Unfortunately its glaze with sugar and some honey. DH doesn't like honey. He's started to get really picky about it. I tried slicing them up and putting them with an omelet, soup, pasta salad, fried rice but that's all I can think of right now. I need more ideas. I hate to waste a good ham because DH doesn't like eating it for his sandwich because he can taste the honey.
Answer:

How about macaroni and cheese with diced ham, you could trim off the edge(skin) that has the honey flavor. Also, when I have leftover ham I dice it up into one cup freezer bags and freeze it for a later day.

One recipe we really like is Ham & Pasta Bake:

Cook two cups macaroni and mix with about 2 cups cubed ham a pack of frozen brocoli (10oz) and mix with some white sauce. (No need to grease your casserole dish)

White sauce:
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cup milk
Put flour in saucepan and add milk gradually. Heat mixing until it boils and thickens (add salt, pepper, 1/2tsp dry mustard & 1Tbsp onion flakes)

Put in oven 350F (175C) for about 30 min.

Note: I usually top with cheese & some bread crumbs before putting in the oven.

Answer:

This is a good, light pasta dish that we make whenever we have leftover ham - I don't have exact measurements, so these are approximate:

bow tie pasta - prepare according to package (about half a box)
1 cup asparagus, chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 t. chopped garlic
1 - 2 cups chopped ham
12 - 16 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

In a skillet, saute the asparagus, pepper, garlic and ham until veggies are soft
Add prepared pasta and seasonings and saute about 5 minutes longer.
Add tomatoes and saute just until they are heated.

Hope that makes sense to you - I don't actually have a recipe, I just kinda wing it, so it's a bit different everytime!
