We have two Wal-Marts in town...one of them we frequent because it's closer, but every now and then we'll drive a little farther across town to go to the newer one that just doesn't seem as busy. This past Friday, we did that .... and their scrapbooking selection has totally improved. First thing I was impressed with was that their Autumn Leaves clear stamps....the set I want like Ember's swirly letters...are $24.99 at regular price at Hobby Lobby. At WM, they are under $12 regularly priced!! (something like $11.67 or $11.97) They also had some vellum quote stacks for $1.97, a whole new selection of embellishments (brads, eyelets, etc.) and a HUGE selection of cute 3-D Disney stickers. It's still just one aisle, on both sides...but the selection is SO much better....and some of it (like the clear stamps) is even cheaper than Hobby Lobby's half price!

I know our Wal_mart was supposed to be doing something. I told you guys about them taking EVERYTHING out of the aisle! I hope they have that stuff! You know that's all I have here in central GA. Wal-Mrt. Michael's is about 1 hr away but gas is SO expensive and my finances are not great b/c of my unemployment. I did get a good deal on ebay last night though. Anyway, I have GOT to get over there and look around! Maybe start a layaway!

My Target has totally revamped their s/b section as well. I love being able to go to Target or Walmart and get great deals!

That's what my mom said. I'm going to at least try to get one small thing each week when I get paid as an incentive for all this work! I have been doing more pages than ever!!

They are remodeling one of the Walmarts close to us and we stopped in the other night after dd's Dr. appt. They had so much cute stuff! I got the Sesame Street pages and embeleshments--Grandaughter is Elmo crazy!
