It's going to be a really tough road ahead of me, but I deserve the best and I know that there is someone out there that will make me #1. I just hurts to know you truely loved someone so much and they cared nothing about anyone but themselves and just hurt you so badly.

Yes it will be a tough road ahead but I am optimistic that now that you've made the hardest step already, everything else is just a nuisance. He is now realizing what he has lost and is a desperate man. Keep that in mind and keep yourself and your kids safe. You never know what a desperate man may think or do.
