My Dh travels every week, different cities, different countries etc Wherever he's traveling, I plug the city into my Yahoo Weather and save it in my settings, so it comes up when I check my email. It's super easy and very convenient...or at least, it works for me!
You can also just type in "weather in Conway Arkansas" into Google and get a few days forecast.
My Dh wears the same clothes all year round. He won't wear short sleeve dress shirts, so he takes button down dress shirts (sometimes ties) and slacks, regardless of where he's going. Just depends on your husband's company and what he's comfortable in. For evenings, if Dh wants to change before he goes out, I pack short sleeve polo shirts, jeans and khakis for him.
IIRC Conway is not far from Little Rock. I imagine there are all kinds of things to do...just google!
