Ok Ladies, they say when you make a goal to let others know and they can support you. So here it is. In my 2 pregnancies in 3 years I gained 60 lbs of unwanted weight ! My goal is to lose at least half of that by Christmas. I will weigh myself once a week and keep you updated. Doing the WW so any hints, recipes, and such would be great!

Way to go! Stay motivated! I am trying to do the same thing myself so I know exactly how you feel. It was a lot easier for me to do WW after my first child than it is now. I am just not as motivated. Drink lots of water & try to eat more fruits & vegetables. You can get on WW website for some good recipes & there are some good ones on here also. I posted a recipe on here called Almost Brownies-you should try it. Good luck!
