Ask:
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 8oz chive & onion cream cheese
1 Tbs butter
6 slices bacon
Flatten chicken.
Spread 3 Tbs cream cheese over each chicken piece.
Dot with butter,sprinkle with salt,roll up.
Wrap each with a bacon strip.
Place, seam side down, in a greased pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
Then broil 6 inches from the heat for 5 min or until bacon is crisp.

I made these last night and I used the blue and gold bacon the schools FFA sales( its wonderful) anyway they are wonderful--I loved them and so did my family--gona have to make this for company--if I ever have any.
