This is it! Summer starts tomorrow! It will be a crazy day! I have my three and an extra today. Tomorrow and the first three days of next week, I will have five kids at my house! For an hour next Wednesday it will be 8!!!
I have to get planning on stuff. I have tomorrow covered, but need to think of activities, games for next week.
I am so excited about having the kids home for awhile and the extra long summer! We won't go back until Aug. 20th thanks to the State Legislature, which I am very thankful for! Next year they will get out later, which seems to make more sense to me! I didn't like starting school on Aug. 3rd. That was too early!
My pre-ker is so excited because at the end of today, he is officially a kindergartener! How cute is that???
At least that is what he says! I talked to the school librarian and even though he won't have a library card until next year, she is going to let him check out books since he is registered and she knows me and his big brother. He is so excited about that, too. I think she is just excited my kids want to read this summer.

We have to go to school until June 1!!! But that is okay - we get several breaks during the school year. And we start back on August 10!!! Kind of a short summer but my kids are usually ready to get back to school once it is time. Claire - hope you all have a fun time next week!!! You can think of us - still in school!!!!!
