Ladies, my brother could really use some prayers and good vibes right now. I had posted before about his only kidney failing. He is getting no better, and the doctors seem to be dragging their feet. He is now swelling all over, which can be a sign of your kidney shutting down, but they don't know if that is what it is or not. They have put him on lasiks (sp) to help with that. The renal diet he is on has caused him to lose 17 pounds in two weeks, he says he is so hungry all the time. He is having his biopsy done this morning, but we won't get the results until next Thursday. He lives in a really small town, so they always send every one to Lexington when it is something serious, but the specialists in Lexington can't see him until June 12th. We are all scared to death, so any prayers you could send his way would be much appreciated. I know this is long, so thanks for listening.

My FIL got sick a couple of years ago so I do understand that helpless & scared feeling of dr's dragging their feet or losing any sense of urgency. I am sorry you all are going through this.
