Ask:
Starting next Tues. I will be a new, full time SAHM to our 4 kids....# 5 is due in August. I love my job outside of the home, but after considering childcare for 4 kids during the summer, it just did not make much since to continue working especially since I will be having the baby later on in the summer.
I am super excited to be able to stay home, I feel very fortunate that I will be able to do this for my children and myself. However, I feel a little overwelmed at the same time.
Do any of you have any suggestions to make this a smooth transisition? Having to always juggle the kids, their sports and other activities, as well as my work, my husband's work and the house work, I'm a huge stickler to schedule and routine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, TIA.

My suggestion is if you like schedules, make one and stick to it. If you have laundry one day, housework another, grocery shopping ect. That way, not only do you fill up your time, but you have a schedule. I also recommend a fun day for the park, zoo or just something to spend time with the kids. We have bought a pass for the local zoo. It was very affordable and we pack up and go at least once a month. I pack lunches, snacks and drinks. It is a very cheap or even free day. Good luck and please pm if you need to vent or just some support. It will not be easy at first, but you will soon see that it is a blessing to be home with your children.
