Does your DH change diapers without being ask?

Ask:
Mine make excuses all the time...but he has gotten smart though. When its his "turn" to change he takes Ds to the tub and rinse him. Guess what who put Ds diaper on??? that's right (me). He's answer is "ohhh gee I rinse the baby in the tub so its your turn to put his diapers on"
Answer:

Yes, I am very lucky, my dh does just about everything without being asked. Change diapers, feed her, put her to bed, give her a bath, etc...

Now, the "norm" is that I do just about all of it all of the time, because he is at work all day, but he will do things when he can. He loves it!!
Answer:

Nope ~ unless I am not home and he had too

Ok - I edited to add: It's not that he WON'T. If I asked him he probably would, he just doesn't think about it unless he has too.
Answer:

Dh is very involved with the kids and does many chores to help but I must say that it is very rare he will go change a diaper without being asked. I guess it's just not his thing...
Answer:

Mine barely does it when I ask. If I go somewhere,he doesn't chande one then. The other night, he DID change our youngests' diaper, and I almost fainted in the morning when I found out!!!
Answer:

Without being asked...only when I'm not home. But when he is home I'm always having him change her. I just say, Jenna needs to be changed here you go and hand her to him
Answer:

Yea right. He doesn't know where anything is, even though it hasn't moved in almost 3 years. If I'm doing something and really need him to change DS right away, then I ask about 14 times and he'll do it. Or if I'm out of the house and he needs changed. But other than those necessary times, forget it. I guess he just doesn't think of it; at least that's what I'm telling myself.
Answer:

N-E-V-E-R!!! Unless he's home by himself with them which is a rare occassion.
Answer:

Well, mine are out of diapers now, but, yes, he did change quite a few diapers without being asked. He was/is a great dad!
Answer:

I seriously think its just a "man thing" but what the heck? is their kid too? that's because the child is here that doesn't mean their parenting is done. I guess that's what they think. I almost slap DH one time when he made a comment to me "I worked and bring home the bacon and you decided to stay home ain't changing diapers part of your job why do I have to do it?" ARGGGGGGGGGGG I was so mad.. I always get my payback. When Ds get really bad diareah I let Dh hold him until the diapers leak...then he gets mad at me because he has to change his uniform and I refuse to do his laundry. He knows if I don't wash his uniform he doesn't have anything to wear at work.
