Wear out guarantees: Which stores have them?

Ask:
Wear out guarantees: Which stores have them? Does Sears still do this? Shopko?
Answer:

I think Sears still has them. Just make sure you save your receipts!
Answer:

Sears is great about the wear out guar. We have been doing this for DS for the last 6 years on clothes and shoes. The only item you do not need a receipt on is the Tough Skin (not sure on the name) jeans. They are a store brand and have extra stong knees. We have never had a problem with them.
Answer:

Sears has this guarantee still, it's called the Kids Advantage. But, you HAVE to have the receipt for EVERYTHING. I took some of the jeans back (Canyon River Blues - Sears brand), and they would not exchange them out. The woman told me they had to do it because people were buying stuff at garage sales, adn then bringing them back and getting new stuff. So, everything I get there, I write down on the receipt, who it was for, size, and short descrition. example: Bradley, Size 2 Nike, white & blue with red swoosh. That way I have it right with me and I can swap them out when he is with me. Most of the time though, they never have them in the same style and size. So, I get to get him somethign different in the same size, but I always make sure to get something in the same price range.
Answer:

I take back all my kids jeans to Sears, and get them exchanged when worn out. At mine you only have to have receipts for Levis and Lee's Jeans, so I only buy the store brands now. I've never had a problem exchanging them and I bring in four pair at least every couple of months. My oldest son is so hard on jeans this program really helps. Shopko in my area has it too, but I don't care for that store. I Sears! lol

REI.com does if you buy the $15 lifetime membership.

They have a few stores across the USA and you can buy online. They have an online outlet store that you can get incredible deals. They sell a lot of outdoor stuff, clothing gear and shoes.

Their prices are at times a little higher than other places but you can return anything for any reason in any condition at any time for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

My son loves Crocs, he will not wear anything else including the knockoffs. I bought him 2 pair a few years ago, he wears 1 pair until they are broken or worn out then switches to the second pair while I mail the damaged/worn ones back for a replacement. He is now on his 5th pair - if i had bought each pair it would have cost me at least $175.00. I have paid a total of $82 including the shipping.

I recently returned a pair of Keen trail shoes. They were all worn out, I got them replaced with a pair of Merrill trail shoes - I had to pay for the difference in price.

Not just kids stuff? Like if "theoretically" DH bought a pair of hiking boots and wore them until they fell apart, he could get a new pair?!? Someone pinch me!
