Yes me and hubby have been talking alot about buying a new car but really could not narrow down exactly what we wanted. So I told him when he gets home we can buy the big fancy SUV he wants but I want a reliable new car now cause our van has its problems but I still love it and we are not getting rid of it. So I took the plunge and went to a dealership and just did it. I had been looking at every make and model out there and noting was really stricking me as omg I want that car. Well I test drove a Jeep Laredo and a Chrysler Pacifica and chose the Pacifica. It was a program car like enterprise rent a car or one that an employee of a dealer ship drove so yes it has some miles on it. But I loved the color and the fact that it seats 7 with room left over. So now I have to wait for hubby to call tomorrow so I can tell him and hear him moan and groan a little then say cool as long as you are happy thats all that matters. So omg I now have a huge car payment and all that goes along with it lol. But I can say for full coverage car ins I am paying less than we ever have our entire life!!!! our 6 month premium is what we would normally pay for 2 months of ins lol. So now I have a brand new apartment furniture and a car I am set and in need of nothing but my 2 carat wedding ring set lol.....

My inlaws have a Pacifica and seem to love it. They are pretty cars. I have a Ford Freestyle which is a very similar car, only Ford.

Wow - I'm impressed. I hate car shopping - which is why I'm still driving an almost-10 year old car! My DH is a CRAZY car shopper, but I am eventually going to have to bite the bullet. Congrats on the new wheels - enjoy that new car smell while it lasts!!!
