Are paisley prints and embellishments girlie? I have some really cute paper that's blue and brown, but it's paisley print, and DH thinks it's girly. I however think that colors of things have way more to do with determining "girliness" than patterns do. But what do you think?

I would have to go with the colors thing too. I just made a Father's day card for my dad and used a teal flower-paisley pattern for the word Dad. Granted it's not the background, but I don't think it looks girly...but maybe I'm wrong. Let me see if I can find my camera...
