Ask:
Do you go strawberry picking? How many do you get and what do you do with them?
Answer:
Mmmmmm - fresh strawberry pie with whip cream on top
ETA: Sorry forgot the other part of the question I don't really know how many we get. I usually just give the girls a "basket" (or whatever) the farm has, and let them pick away. We also make a strawberry jello/pudding dessert we use them in, or just eat them by themselves.
Answer:
I am eating strawberries with cool whip right now. I have bought a few strawberries from the store but mine are on right now in my garden so I don't need to buy any for a while.
I only have a small garden box of strawberries, but I go out and pick about 20 or more a couple times a week. My little dd loves them fresh. I wanted to buy a case and make jam to freeze, but I just haven't felt up to it.
Answer:

Answer:
Now I am craving strawberries. I guess I will have to go the the farmer's market today to buy some. If the strawberries are sweet enough my ds and I just love to eat a bowl of strawberries. We also like to make shortcake and top it with strawberries and either milk or whipped cream.
Answer:
we went last year and it was so much fun! we will go again this summer, i think we have to wait till end of june for them to be ready to pick at the farm. We just wash and eat, put on yogurt, cereal, bagel, ice cream ect.
Answer:
Well I have decided I am going to make more strawberry freezer jam, it's just so easy and it last all year and is great on icecream and in between the layers of a strawberry shortcake. I guess I'll cap and freeze some for later use. Some of our breakfast night I think I'll make strawberry waffles, and I'll probbaly search for an easy crepe recipe. Now the trick is to find the time to go when my dh is home to keep the baby and I'll take my 4 yr. old.
Answer:
Still waiting in Michigan for Strawberries... Last year we (dd's and I) picked 36 qts and I made 16 batches of freezer jam.. We have 2 containers left.. DH eats pbj everyday in his lunch.. YUCK but it's better than what he could eat i guess.
We live 2mi from the strawberry farm. My advise is go early in the moring (before the heat) check to see if you need your own take home containers.. They should weigh my DD's when we arrive and again when we leave.. I'm sure my bill would double.
