Anyone every try to cook a meatloaf in the crock pot?? I dont know if it can be done or not. But I know my family really loves meatloaf so to be able to do one in the summer time without turning on the oven would be great. I do my like most people with all the bread crumbs, eggs, spices, etc., but I also put in swiss cheese in mine, in layers. I wonder if I could still do it. If anyone has any tips for doing meatloaf in the crock pot, I would really appreciate it. thanks.

mix it like normal and cook on low 10-12 hours(depends of course on size of loaf)

I bumped a recipe I make when its just dd and I....it turns out good for a quickie...but will give you an idea for size and time...the bigger ones I make for company and such takes longer,closer to the 10-12
