Buttered Parmasean Rice

Ask:
3 c chicken broth
1 1/2 c rice
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbs minced fresh parsley

In large saucepan, bring broth to a boil.

Add rice,reduce heat to low.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Melt butter until lightly browned.

Mix rice and parmesan cheese.

Place in serving bowl.

Drizzle butter over rice.

Sprinkle with parsley,and voila...rice never tasted so good(opt-add a dash of fresh lemon juice )
