her ex is entitled to three uninterupted weeks of summer vacation with both children.
Well, he is only wanting to take their son, NOT the daughter. He says he has "daycare" for HIM but not for HER.
I think it is ridiculous, and this has been an issue before with the ex only wanting to take thier son for visitations.
I just feel sorry for my niece.
I can understand her ex wanting the son only for some visitations, father son bonding....but not for the entire three weeks. And he NEVER takes just their daughter only.
Just a sad situation....

Yes it is sad, I have no idea what to say as far as advice. I know if it were my kids I would not allow it - what is he going to do complain to the judge she won't allow him to exclude one of his children? Ugh!
