These are good ones Shell!!! Those of you doing them, remember to stretch when you are done or you may feel some tightness in your back. There is a yoga pose which is perfect for that stretch.

Get on all fours. Entend your arms out, keeping your hands on the floor and slowly sit back on your feet. Feel the stretch through your arms, upper back and mid-lower back as you sit back on your heels. If you aren't quite feeling it, extend your arms out a little bit further while you are sitting. This is a GREAT back stretch. Sit in this position for a minute, then go back up to all fours slowly. Then repeat!

Another one is to get on all fours. Arch your back up towards the ceiling, while keeping your hands flat on the floor and your knees stable on the ground. Keep stretching, holding it, and then releasing slowly. Repeat.

Good stretch tips! I love that first one, I always feel so much more energized after wards! I'll have to try the second one today too!
