Any ideas for chicken nuggets?

Ask:
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can use to bread the chicken to make chicken nuggets? I usually use shake-n-bake or french-fried onions as the coating but I don't have any of either one but my chicken is defrosting as we speak Either that, or does anyone have any other ideas of what to make with 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts?(By the way, my family are a bunch of very picky eaters!)
Answer:

You can use crushed crackers--saltines, Ritz, cheese crackers, any will work, corn flakes, or mashed potato flakes--just make sure they're the flaky kind, not the powdered ones! You'll just need to add seasoning to your taste.
Answer:

I make my own bread crumbs to use. All I do is toast old bread in the oven(regular bread white or wheat doesnt matter, buns, etc.) Than I just throw them in a heavy duty ziploc and run the rolling pin over them until they are crumbs. Than I just throw in whatever spices I have on hand; basil, parsley, pepper, seasoned salt, parm cheese, onion or garlic powder. Than just wet then chicken with egg and dip in the bread crumbs. Fry or bake. Makes good chicken breast sandwiches or cut up and put on a salad too.
Also, I did post a recipe for cornflake chicken strips. They are really yummy. Check it out.
Answer:

you can also use a fish batter.(like a beer batter)
Answer:

CORN FLAKES
