Squisharoos

1 pkg Jello gelatin any flavor (4 serving size)
24 large marshmallows

empty jello into a large plastic bag
Moisten marshmallows with water and shake 3-4 at a time in the jello to coat


Jello Cow

1 pkg jello gelatin any flavor (4 serving size) ( I like to use Orange jello on this one, it tastes like Orange Dreamsicle)
1 c boiling water
2 cups Milk

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool to room tempurature
gradually stir in milk. Pour into dessert cups.
Chill until set, about 1 hour

(make sure you cool the water, or else your milk will curdle in the warm water)

Jello Smoothy

1 pkg Jello gelatin, any flavor (4 serving size)
1 cup boiling water
2 cups plain yogurt or frozen vanilla yogurt

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool in fridge for about 10 min.
Whisk in yogurt.
Place in fridge to chill unitl set, about 30 min.

Amazing Melon Wedge

1 medium melon (picture shows a honeydew)
1 pkg Lime Jello (4 serving size)

Cut melon in half and scoop out seeds. drain well and dry inside with a paper towel
Prepare jello according to the 30 min set method on package.
Place melon halves in small bowls and spoon jello into center. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. To serve, cut into wedges or slices.

Have you ever made a cake and poked holes in it? Then you mix some jello gelatin and pour over the cake. Then you refrigerate it. Then you top the cake with cool whip. Yummy!

If your ever in Barnes & Noble see if they still have The Magic of Jello cookbook. I bought mine a couple years ago for $7. It is cool and has pictures for everything. There are some yummy desserts in here.

Rainbow Fruit Delight


Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray
1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water, divided
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, chilled, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (about 8), thawed, drained


Directions:
COAT 9 x 5-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

FOR MANDARIN ORANGE LAYER:
DISSOLVE orange gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water in small bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Place dissolved gelatin, mandarin oranges and 1 cup evaporated milk in blender; cover. Puree for 10 seconds or until well blended. Pour into loaf pan. Refrigerate for one hour or until set.

FOR PINEAPPLE LEMON LAYER:
FOLLOW process for Mandarin Orange Layer substituting lemon gelatin and crushed pineapple. Pour mixture over Mandarin Orange Layer. Refrigerate for one hour or until set.

FOR STRAWBERRY LAYER:
FOLLOW process for Mandarin Orange Layer substituting strawberry gelatin and strawberries. Pour mixture over Pineapple Lemon Layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

TO UNMOLD: Run point of knife around top of pan. Dip pan into a large pan of warm water for 15 to 20 seconds. Lift from water. Place serving platter on top of pan. Invert mold and platter together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold. Cut into slices and serve.

Empty 1 sm box jello into 1 container of cool whip. Add mini marshmallows, fruit, coconut.

Here's some of our favorites:

5 cup salad

1 cup mini marshmallows
1 sm can mandrine oranges, drained
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 sm box jello (orange, lemon or pineapple works best)

mix jello into sour cream, add other ingredients


Pina Coloda Fluff

1 sm box pina coloda jello
1 tub cool whip
1 cup coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows if desired..

Black cherry fluff

1 sm box black cherry jello
1 sm box frozen black cherries

Strawberry Fluff

1 sm box strawberry jello
1 tub cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows

Garbage Fluff

You got it, add it to it...

1 sm box jello
left over canned fruit
1-2 bananas
1 tub cool whip
