I love the Pilates ball: can be multi functional. Core exercises, ab work, lower and upper body. Obviously it is really handy to have for some pilates moves too! LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Some girls on here even use it as their office chair: great for strengthening those stablizer muscles (the ones that work all day long that you don't necessarily feel are wokring until you are on a ball!!)
Good for posture and good for core muscle groups
I also love my free weights and The Firm's weighted bar. I typically use 5lb, 8lb, 10lb and 15lb weights for lower body exercises.
