Monday-Upper Body
Tuesday Cardio (20 minutes of interval)
Wednesday- Lower Body
Thursday - Cardio (20 mins. interval)
Friday - Upper Body
Saturday-Cardio (20 mins. interval)

Ab work is done either on the weight training days or cardio days.

Ok, this sounds grossly old-fashioned compared to the above post (I WISH I was that ambitious!!!), but I wanted to endorse plain old walking! I have lost 10 lbs. (a first for me!!) since I've started walking about 8 miles a week and just watching what I eat (I eat like a horse, so no easy task!!). I have been pleasantly surprised to even find some of my belly bulge gone, which I thought could never be impacted by just walking!! Granted I might eventually work up to more strenuous activities, but wanted to just get this out there to encourage other who might not think this could be worth it!

Just single exercises: Crunches (abs) Mule kicks ( tush), and toe raises (calves) are the top 3 that I see results FAST.

However as a whole I have to agree with walking, it is my favorite exercise (if there were such a thing :D)

I love ALL the Firm Series work outs. They are a progressive work out series and target major muscle groups as well as stabilizers (core, etc). They mix it up too and have lower body work outs, upper body work outs, abs, cardio etc. You can pick and choose what you want to do and what you need to do, versus what they TELL you to do!

I have to go with walking also...I see the most results with walking and it helps for an all over workout (legs, tush, hips, abs, arms, etc)

Just make sure you stretch BEFORE and AFTER walking...
