DIET COKE!!!!
I decided to kick my Diet Coke addiction last week, and went into it by giving up cold-turkey. I'm proud to say I've been soda- free for EIGHT DAYS!!! I've been out to restaurants twice and held strong by ordering WATER. I still crave it from time to time, but really this hasn't been as hard as I thought it would.

i was addicted to drinking regualr coke every day, and i stopped in january, i was drinking a ton of it every day to. and i stopped cold turkey. now i allow myself one glass every once in awhile.

KIm, I am so proud of you!!! I was ADDICTED to regular soda (didn't like the taste of diet) Then I discoverd Diet Dr Pepper and Diet cherry coke...broke my reg soda addiction...Now I am down to 1 diet Dr Pepper or 1 Diet coke a day.
I can't wait for the day I don't 'need' it anymore....I'm not as brave as you to go cold turkey....my head pounded for 2 days the first time I tried it.

Not that you need to know this but seriously Shell if you like diet cherry coke and you like diet dr. pepper you should try their Dr. Pepper's diet cherry vanilla ....SOOOO GOOD! But you didn't hear that from me!

Oh I know I LOVE it...I can't always find it around here though...One of DH friends used to make fun of the name (b/c it is long) every time I drank it. He'd always add something else to the end of the name so it would wind up being "Diet cherry vanilla Dr Pepper mochachino latte" or something equally as long
