I have these odd little bumps on my arms. They are sort of like whitehead zits, but they're not really zits. They can be pinched though. Does anyone else have that? Do you know what they are or how to get rid of them? I had them when I was younger and then off and on through the years. Now they seem to be back again. They drive me nuts! They 're not noticeable to the average eye but since they can be pinched, I want to pinch them! Not good.

It sounds like something my daughter gets. The MD told her it was a patch of dry skin, he told her to put Eucerin Cream on it, she did and it cleared up.

I have that too. It has a name but I can't think of it right now. Exfoliate often and use lots of good moisturizer. Exfoliating is the most important though.

On the backs of your arms...? If it is on the back, it might be keratosis pilaris. My sister has it on her arms and she's very careful to exfoliate the backs of her arms every time she bathes and it really helps.
