Ask:
My dh's plane doesn't land until 10:30 Friday night. It is the Louisville airport, which is right across the street from Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. My oldest son earned a free ticket for there at school this year, so we are going to get a hotel room friday night and go to the amusement park Saturday morning. I can't figure out how to choose a hotel. It seems as though every one I look up has good and bad reviews!! So how exactly do you choose? Have any of you all ever stayed near there and have a hotel to recommend? Thanks.

Answer:
i have personally never stayed at one of the hotels by the airport wait yes i have i believe it was executive west i think it was one of those exeucitive hotels for school when i have in high school. It's nice and really within walking distance from the park and a bowling alley. I think the price is a little steep but those are the only ones i've had experience with.
do you live in the louisville area??
Answer:
I live in Richmond. The executive west offers a room plus 2 admisssions to the part for $129, which I think is really good. But the reviews have good and bad things and I don't know which to believe!
Answer:
i'd just go for it if you think it's a good deal. it's right there by the park so you don't have to use gas to get there AND you don't have to pay to park at the fair and expo center.
Answer:
Thanks! Looks like you're close, you should come over to the park and say hi!!
Answer:
lol only if i had a free ticket!! i'm actually not too far from the airport myself
Answer:
If you think it is a good deal with the tickets and all... I say go for it how much time are you really going to spend at the hotel
Answer:
It depends on what you are going to use the room for. Are you going to be sleeping after a day at the park? Go with one with less accomodations. Need to be in the room alot? Go for the perks.
