Pink & Black

Ask:
MIL gave us a bunch of black iron stuff for DD's room (vanity and chest and a bed). So I am thinking that we will do her room pink and black. So the question is this. Do I do the baseboards black, or leave them white??
Answer:

I'd paint the baseboards black. I think that if you left them white they may stand out too much.
Answer:

I would say leave them white and just use white as an accent ....like pokadot pillows...etc.
Answer:

I would leave theme white, or if were me, I would paint them the same as the wall color. Don't forget the ceiling!
Answer:

I would paint them black. I am actually getting ready to paint baseboards and trim black in...wait for it...the nursery! Okay you can freak out now. I am painting the walls yellow and everything else is black and white so I decided to do the trim black too. Of course I may change my mind once its done but I think black looks clean and crisp.
Answer:

White. I think black baseboards would look weird. So it would then be a black & white & pink room.
Answer:

My daughters room is pink and black and I have white trim. The trick is not to use bright white. Try a off white, it makes it not stand out so much. I also use it as an accent in the room. If you only do pink and black it gets to harsh.
Answer:

No black headboard here, I like to see if a bug or something is crawling on it.
